About Our Journeys

The first major league baseball stadium I visited was the old Yankee Stadium. I have gone to each of the New York baseball stadiums numerous of times. Including the final seasons of both Shea Stadium and Old Yankee Stadium. I then went to the inaugural seasons of Citi Field and the New Yankee Stadium. My first stadium that was out of New York state was back in 2004 and we visited Tropicana Field. It was my Dad, Mom, and my sister. My grandpa and my uncle came too. We were not on field level but we weren't in the nose bleeds either and the tickets we had only cost five dollars. It was the home town team, the once named Devil Rays facing the Yankees.

Fast forward a few years to 2010 and this is when I got the idea to visit every major league stadium. This also is when I was really getting into baseball. Since making this declaration me and my dad have gone to one stadium every year. Each stadium we have gone to so far I have bought a baseball cap, so thats my thing now to go to the stadium, explore it, enjoy the game, and buy a hat. We went to All-star game Fan Fest at the Javits Center in 2013 and I found the booth there for MLB Pass-port. I thought it was interesting that after I decided to do this I found them there. At the time I didn't know what it was but I told them what I was doing and they said that is exactly what these passports were good for... So I bought one.
